"This State Farm office is the best! Dick Petkoff has filled the shoes of Jim Edlund very well. I have been with this home town agency since 1976 when they insured my first car, an AMC Rebel. Every vehicle we've owned during the last 50 years, was covered through this office! For 40+ years we have had our homeowners insurance covered by them too. Not to mention a few personal articles we have insured with them. I guess you could say we bundled, before bundled was a TV commercial catch phrase! Their prices have always beat any other quotes that competitors have given us. So we've never had an itch to switch. Whether we have a claim, a question, or a call to say hello, Jennifer's quick to answer with her friendly, cheerful, professional disposition. Jennifer has stayed on top of claims, kept us informed, and had excellent follow through and follows up after all is said and down. A perfect advocate that can explain the insurance lingo in terms anyone can understand. A home town family business that cares about their customers, and certainly makes us feel like we are part of the State Farm Petkoff Agency family. I'll give them 11 Stars on the 1 to 10 scale!"
